We run our trampoline from age 5, running 3 days per week Wednesday, Thursday and Friday! Our team of coaches provide fun and fast paced sessions working on their skills and on their British Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme! 

If you are already a member at SALTO please email reception@saltogym.org to be put on the waiting list

If you are a new member please click the sign up button on the right! 

Your child can wear t-shirt, leotard, shorts, legging and tracksuit bottoms! 

They must have their hair tied back if it is long enough to cover their face. 

We ask that no buttons, zips, denims, skirts, dresses or cropped tops/jumpers are worn. 

We do not allow crop tops under any circumstances! 

Yes, Our recreational trampoline gymnasts have the opportunity to compete in the Club Championships in June each year. Alongside this they participate Winter Spectacular at the end of the year to showcase their skills! 

Yes, Children at SALTO can participate in both classes as they have different focuses and different programmes! The cost for a trampoline session and gymnastics session is £54 per month. 

Sessions are 1 hour, including a warm up and cool down that is floor based!
