Come and Celebrate your child's birthday at SALTO!

Are you looking to book a fun birthday party for your child to celebrate their special day? Come and Join us here at SALTO Gymnastics Club where they can run, bounce and play with all of our fantastic equipment! 

To book your slot please complete the booking at the bottom of the page and your deposit of £85 will secure the date! 

Please fill out all of the information requested so that we have as much information as possible about your party! 

Price and Attendees: Parties are £195 for 20 Children (including the birthday child). Each additional child is at a cost of £7.50 per child and must be pre booked, we do not add numbers on the day. We only accept a maximum of 32 Children per party. Our staff will be around to supervise and assist the children where needed.

Equipment will be put out based on the age of the birthday child.

We provide a jug of water on the front desk for the hour of play downstairs

Duration: Our SALTO parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes long! This includes 1 hour in the gym with use of the equipment. Children will then have 45 minutes upstairs for party food. 

Food and Drink: We do not provide food in any circumstances. We have a separate area for the food to be stored/prepared aside from the tables for the children. We do not have any cooking facilities If you are having food delivered please ensure that this is delivered on time, we will usually have multiple bookings and we will be unable to offer you extra time if the food is delayed.

Due to our party timetable we cannot guarantee access to the 'Upstairs Party Area' before or after the party,

Terms and Conditions:

Jewellery: All Jewellery MUST be removed prior to entering the Gymnastics Floor - Staff will ask children to remove all jewellery and this is applicable to ALL members of the party who will be participating. Children may be refused entry if jewellery is not removed 

 

Socks: Please ensure that all children have socks with them as they will need them for our Slide (if it is part of your package) and/or the Trampoline

 

Food and Drink: We do not provide food in any circumstances. We have a separate area for the food to be stored/prepared aside from the tables for the children. We do not have any cooking facilities If you are having food delivered please ensure that this is delivered 30 minutes before children are due to go upstairs, we will often have multiple bookings and we will be unable to offer you extra time if the food is delayed.

 

Food Area Access: You will have access to this area 30m before the children head to the party area

There will only be places set up for the amount of children in the party.

 

Timings: Due to multiple party bookings end times are strict and you must be finished by the end time of the party. If for any reason your party overruns you may be charged.

 

Deposit and Payment information: To secure a slot a £85 non refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking with the balance payable 21 days before the party date. Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the party. 

We do not accept payment on the day for extra participants on the day of the party.

 

Restrictions

We do not allow external bouncy castles, other contractors, face painters or pinata’s. 

We do not allow alcohol to be consumed on the premises. 

Adults must not play on the gymnastics equipment; our staff are there to supervise the children.

Cancellation Policy: 
The deposit paid for Birthday Parties is a non-refundable deposit. Please read the cancellation policy below. 

Parties can be cancelled up until 28 days before the date of the party with no further charges

  • 21-28 days - 25% of the party balance will be charged 
  • 14-20 days - 50% of the party balance will be charged 
  • 7-13 days - 75% of the party balance will be charged 
  • >7 days - 100% of the party balance will be charged
